Designed for the RZR’s Biggest Accessories
You don’t have to explain why you want to go bigger—we get it. Once you attach this frame stiffener, you’re free to go as big as you want with your setup. Toss on an 8″ GDP portal gear lift or some huge tires, and you’re primed to conquer the tallest rocks, tear through the gnarliest bounty holes, and cruise through deep water crossings without bending your frame.

Your stock from doesn’t have the strength to support the biggest accessories on the market. That’s why we built this RZR XP Turbo frame stiffener from 4.5 mm thick steel. And because strength is only half the battle, it’s powder coated for extra durability.
NOTE: When running the Polaris RZR Frame Stiffener / Gusset Kit with one of the following products, the frame stiffener will replace the front section of the skid plate:
