Special Note: If your OEM differential does NOT have one of the ^above part numbers on it, then this differential case will NOT fit your machine. The OEM part number is commonly found on a small sticker on top of the unit. SuperATV’s got you covered with our Polaris Heavy-Duty Front Differential Gear Case. This housing just needs your stock gears and internals dropped in, then you’re ready to go. It’s beefed up with thicker walls, better mounting, and easier maintenance.

With our front differential gear case, you get strength built from better design and materials. Whether you choose a cast or billet aluminum housing, you get a beefed up case that can stand up to more. The mounting threads are made with high-quality steel helical inserts to ensure they will never wallow or pull out.

This housing comes preassembled with all the seals and bushings you need. That makes it easy to drop in your stock guts and get it installed. Plus, it’s made with a bolt-on cap to retain the pinion bearing. Finally, you can service your pinion gear without destroying your seal.
