Our Polaris General and General 4-seater Heavy-Duty Front Differential Gear Case is designed, engineered, and manufactured by our expert team at SuperATV. It uses 6061 aluminum available in both cast and billet and includes steel helical inserts to make it as strong as possible. Our differential gear case housing comes with the magnet and wiring preinstalled. Other guys make you install (and likely damage) your magnet and wiring yourself. SuperATV does the work for you. We also include all seals and bushings pre-installed, and we use a bolt on cap to retain the pinion bearing instead of a snap ring. This case does NOT include any internal gears, but we make it easy to just drop in the internals from your stock differential and you’re good to go! We made it as easy as possible so you can get your machine up and running again in no time.

Our front differential gear case is available as cast or billet. Our billet aluminum gear case is thicker, denser, and 57% stronger than a stock housing. Our differential housing will take the abuse even when you add massive tires, a lift kit, and a heavy-duty prop shaft that all puts extra stress on your diff. The strength of our design doesn’t just come from the best materials—we also utilize steel helical inserts for the mounting points just like those used by pro-UTV racers. Helical inserts reinforce the threads on your housing so that no matter what jumps, whoops, and obstacles you hit, your mounting points will never pull out of your differential.
