Description from the Manufacturer:
RackBoss 2.0 Does What Other Racks Can’t
Every rack eventually wears down, gets sloppy, and makes your steering and responsiveness feel like crap. Or at least every rack did until RackBoss 2.0. We took our original RackBoss and upgraded it to be the strongest, most durable rack on the market. It’s also made with our X24 Tech—a dual-bushing design you can’t get anywhere else. It reduces the wear you’d see on a stock by over 50%. With SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion installed on your Polaris RZR XP 1000, you can run massive tires and tackle deadly terrain. You can ride the way you want every day for years and quit worrying about your rack.
Minimizes Wear and Tear with Our Dual-Bushing Design
We use a dual PTFE bushing design to prevent the wear and tear that you’re used to. Thanks to our X24 Tech, which uses tough bushings at both ends of the rack, RackBoss 2.0 can power through bigger hits with larger tires without getting sloppy steering. You get a like-new operation that lasts longer than any other RZR 1000 steering rack. Plus, the built-in grease fittings allow you to push out all the crud that can get in when you go hard in mud or water. It’s only possible with RackBoss 2.0.
Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
Solid steel bar tie rods give you the robust strength you need to ride through rough terrain. They’re perfect for turning big tires through slop and navigating boulder fields. The 1” diameter steel rod is paired with beefy tie rod ends—3/4” outer tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. All that strength lets you get wild.
Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods
If you want the strongest, lightest, and best-looking tie rods for your RZR 1000, you want our billet aluminum hex tie rods. The polished billet construction is big and beefy, giving you the long-term durability you want without adding a ton of weight. They come complete with our oversized 3/4” outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends that use 3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. For the biggest builds, hardest rides, and neck-turning good looks, these are the tie rods for you.
