2.The GPS only outdoor available,indoor or Spotty Signal Place will becomes LBS ,the GPS error are less than 100feet(30meters), the LBS error will be 0.3~5 miles. GPS locating is a way of satellite positioning, so it is quite accurate. But LBS based on base station, its accuracy depends on the signal strength received by the transmitter, where has the better signal, then it location will be provided. So the error range can be large.
How to solve “device offline” problem?
1.Check whether there are signal bars and “↑↓” symbol on the watch.
2.If there is no signal bars, please check whether the sim was inserted correctly, and go to a good signal place and check it.
3.If there is no “↑↓” symbol, please open the data and voice plan for the sim card.
4.Or you can use your phone to send two messages to the sim NO. in the watch, And send a screenshot to us(copy it) pw,123456,ts#Then give me the screenshot of the reply. We need to know some information.
