This printer gives an error on startup that cannot be bypassed without repair.
Error message is “There is a problem with the printer or ink system.”
Printer has scuffs, dings and some dirt from previous storage area.
The flatbed scanner lid hinges may be broken, as the lid can be completely detached when it is raised.
The flatbed scanner glass is in good condition, not broken.
The removable printhead is included, and there are used ink cartridges installed.
-The black cartridge is OEM brand, and the color cartridges are non-OEM.
The duplexer is included, and so is the paper tray and power cord.
You will only receive the items shown in the photos.

Test Results

  • Visual Inspection: Scratches, dings, scuffs, and some dirt from previous storage area
  • Operation: Powers on, but is not* operational without repair. Gives error message, “There is a problem with the printer or ink system.”
